This week, please:
- Your final exam is is Monday, December 9, 5:30-7:00 pm PT.
- The Exam is a Quiz on Canvas.
- A study guide is here.
- The exam requires lock-down browser. Details for the Lock down browser are here: https://rossway.net/lockdown-browser/.
- I have posted another one-question Respondus test quiz on Canvas. Please download the browser and test your tech well BEFORE the exam. It will reduce your stress and my stress.
- It will be monitored by Zoom. If you are NOT on the Zoom call, or I cannot see you on Zoom, you will receive “0”
- Your camera MUST show YOU AND YOUR WORKSPACE. I will ask you to show me your surroundings periodically during the exam.
- I will be checking your ID before and during the exam. You MUST be on time for the exam so I can verify your identity. If you are late, you may not be able to write the exam (the same would be true if you were writing on campus. If you are late, the instructor may not let you write. For any exam, anywhere, the expectation is that you come a few minutes early and are ready to go at the designated time).
- Please log into the Zoom call by 5:25 pm at the latest. Just as you would be in the exam room for an in-person exam at least 5-minutes early, please be a few minutes early for our exam.
- You will need a second device for Zoom. Zoom link: https://ubc.zoom.us/j/62662636863?pwd=b5IkyFEhlQpAd0a5tsAol4VeGusXXz.1 Passcode: 2024
